Dr. Eugene Asiamah-Boadi Esq. is a Chartered Accountant and a Legal practitioner with diverse interests in Corporate reorganisations, Business turnaround, Economic policy, Taxation, Assurance services and Commercial & Transactional law practice 

Industry experience

Eugene has twenty (20) years’ work experience across different industries including Banking, Pensions, Securities & Capital Markets, Oil & Gas and private practice. He worked as an external auditor and consultant with KPMG Ghana office. He held very responsible positions at the Bank of Ghana and ARB Apex Bank. Together with a team, he examined and supervised commercial banks, rural banks, and non-bank financial institutions across the country.

Education

Eugene is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK), the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana, Ghana Association of Restructuring and Insolvency Advisors (GARIA) and the Ghana Bar Association. His educational qualifications include, B.Sc. Accounting - Oxford Brokes University (UK); LLB – Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration; M.A (Economic policy management) – University of Ghana; MBA (Financial services) – University of East London; LLM (Maritime Law) - University of Ghana; Ph.D. (Business Administration) – GTUC/CASS, Europe.

Academic experience

Eugene has taught extensively at the University of Ghana, Institute of Distance Learning, KNUST, University of Professional Studies, Accra, Central University and Accra Techinical University. He has supervised many research works at both undergraduate and post graduate levels. He was the congregation speaker at the

Foreign engagements

Eugene has worked on a number of engagements abroad; UAE, China, Singapore, United Kingdom and the United States of America. Prior to these engagements, he had had the opportunity to attend courses in the United States jointly hosted by the IMF, Federal Reserve and the World Bank. Eugene serves on the board of Stallion Holdings Plc, a financial  services organization in the United Kingdom.
